Document Controller

❖ ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Control submission documentation/drawing to customer and monitor document status such as revision, date submit, date return, date re-submit. Cooperate with QA project to ensure all document requirement that need to approve before implement work.- Collect & register all project’s document such as drawing, quality procedure, record.- Control database of project and cooperate with QC team to issue report and submit to customer review.- Responsible collect all report (fully sign by customer) for as-built documentation.- Keep other personnel updated on new document versions and how to obtain access- Receive information from QC team and sent request for inspection to customer- Team-work with enthusiasm and commitment.❖ AUTHORITY:- Establish new and work within existing Company policies, procedures, infrastructure systems, standards and specifications- Timely and decisive decision making when encountering problems or issues related to documentation receipt or transmission or the systems used to manage these functions- Lead role in creating, revising and implementing document management guidelines, versions and templates and maintaining document storage, retention, destruction, copy scan procedures etc. in order to track, reference and control all documents both technical and non-technical.- Decisions associated with the lead role in creation of the controlled document structure in compliance with project, regulatory and other requirements, as applicable
