Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, implement and develop the driver community through training, engagement and driver welfare programsDevelop a detailed training plan for drivers to ensure the image of a professional driver is built, while improving the quality of customer serviceDevelop a communication direction including the method, content and tone/mood suitable for drivers and ensure the rate of drivers reading and understanding the communication contentConnect and build relationships with potential partners to bring periodic benefits to drivers while increasing benefits for be driversOrganize periodic offline events and call for sponsorship from brands/partnersMake annual plans, budget estimates and control budgetsParticipate in meetings with the driver team, trainers to deploy new policies and answer drivers' questions about be policies, features on the applicationManage the driver team and maintain engagementManage and develop members in the team

RequirementsMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in driver community management or technology-based transportation companiesExperience in planning, budgeting and budget controlExperience managing offline events is an advantageMinimum 2 years of management skills or management positionStrong analytical, problem-solving and project management skillsProactive attitude and ability to multitaskExcellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal, organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
