Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Network Expansion Team with the startup of new stores, and handover to Operations finished store, including maintaining an accurate inventory, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist the Project Manager in completing the tasks leading up to the store going live, including POS installation, staffing, scheduling, inventory management and marketing program.
- Ensure that all pharmacy operations are conducted in compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all prescription and over-the-counter medications, medical supplies, and other products sold in the pharmacy store.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting franchise Partners with questions about medications, drug interactions, and prescription refills.
- Assist with the hiring, training, and supervision of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other support personnel if requested by Franchisee.
- Collaborate with the Franchisee to develop and implement policies and procedures for the pharmacy store.
- Help train Franchisees to manage the pharmacy store’s finances, including monitoring revenue and expenses, and implementing strategies to improve profitability.
- Help coach Franchisee to maintain a clean and organized pharmacy store, ensuring that all products are properly stored and displayed.
Other responsibilities include supporting Business Development for the new Franchisee and training for the current Franchisee.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Valid state pharmacy license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting, including experience in inventory management and customer service.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory requirements for pharmacy operations.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications used in pharmacy operations.
