- Familiar with all hotel services/features. Ensures that all associates follow the Hotel standards and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
- Cooperate, coordinate and communicate with other Hotel departments as required.
- Handles all guest complaints and inquiries on hotel service in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Work with Department Trainer & FOM to improve associate’s skills and knowledge.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Flexibility and be able to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and strong problem solving skills
- Displays outstanding hospitality skills and maintain positive guest relations at all times
