E-Commerce Assistant

1/ Monitor sales traffic, reviews, customer returns, inventory on the Amazon platform daily2/ Work with our Consultant (A Global) and Milan to create the product listings on the Amazon platform as well as provide any information to A Global regarding the SKUs we are selling such as color information, photos, notable trims, key details/selling points, fabric information, etc.3/ Coordinate between our Consultant (A Global), Milan, and Capital World Logistics team for shipment information and details to Amazon. Check dimensions and weight of garment as well as dimensions and weight of the packaged goods.4/ Monitor E-Commerce brand (Sandy & Sid) inventory at our factory (Kiara Garments) Warehouse and coordinate with them when shipping any SKUs or storing any new SKUs. Ensure that they are providing updated inventory reports anytime there is a change in the inventory.5/ Work with our Photography and Social Media consultant (World Trippin), Milan, and Fashion Designer (Tracy) to plan out our E-Commerce brand (Sandy & Sid) photoshoot content including monthly or bi-monthly meetings with World Trippin to discuss Social Media content direction.6/ Work with our Photography and Social Media consultant (World Trippin), Milan, and Fashion Designer (Tracy) to execute photoshoots for both our E-Commerce brand (Sandy & Sid) and our own company (Capital World). Including coordinating with our driver to transport clothes both to/from Photoshoot location, assisting in ironing the clothes, and organizing/ensuring meals arrive on time.7/ Work with our Photography and Social Media consultant (World Trippin), Milan, and Fashion Designer (Tracy) to review edited content and give comments to World Trippin to submit final versions of our E-Commerce brand (Sandy & Sid) social media posts on Instagram.
