Manage online travel agents and website to maximize revenue through effective management of inventory, rate optimization and promotion tools
- Set up and maintain OTA channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with channel managers of each and every OTA
- Negotiate term & conditions and activities with channel managers to increase bookings and revenue on those sites
- Maximize revenue on a daily, monthly and annual basis through rate optimization on online channels
- Optimize inventory and daily price update
- Collect the necessary information to establish a database of bookings and events on which the hotel strategy and forecast will be based
- Analyze the performance of the hotel and look after the market and competitors to benchmark and forecast
- Ensure all channels including website’s photo and writing contents are in line with brand guidelines and adapted for online use
- Develop overall strategies and seasonal campaigns to increase business on OTA
- Work with other Sales Manager to push the overall sales and revenue
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ online activities and local online trends
- Respond to guest’s request and questions on OTA channels
- Develop ads in a timely manner to cross promote promotions
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 03-05 years experience in hotel: Sales OTA, e-commerce, revenue or reservations
- Strong network with OTA channel managers
- Numberic and analysis skill
- Inventory and yield managment skill
- Result-driven person
