- Strive to increase booking through hotel websites and e-channels.
- Provide day-to-day support on select channels.
- Update and audit all relevant content with detailed plan for hotel websites and e-channels.
- Meets with GM and Dept. heads for appropriate messaging needs/ responses to Guest Reviews.
- Carry out regular brand checks and audits and implement marketing communications approvals process.
- Verify adherence to Corporate Advertising and Marketing Communications standards, brand standards, and format guidelines.
- Regularly run quality audits on the site and all aspects of the business.
- Observe, receive, and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources.
- Review third party web sites to ensure copy pertaining to the hotel is up to date and in line with brand standards.
- Verify information provided to the properties is accurate, complete, timely, and enables hotels to meet or exceed guest expectations.
- Online Distribution Management: Preserve brand standards and price consistency across contracted OTAs and other online distribution channels, monitor the flow of distribution and assist Reservation team in handling reservation/ distribution failure if any.
- Maintain a sound relationship with OTAs partners to optimize production and promotion opportunities

- At least 1 years in related position
- Having experience in Hospitality and Tourism is advantaged, English language fluency preffered
- Demonstrated independence, creativeness, problem solving skills
