- Assist DOSM in developing effective strategy & activities to drive all e-commerce channels (Online business, Online Tour operators & Third party sites).
- Daily management of hotel online presence on various Online Travel Agent websites & communicate with DOSM, reservation teams on these
- Be responsible for driving resorts’ booking conversion through all online channels.
- Monitor the hotel's e-Commerce strategies as they are being implemented;
- Managing rate & inventory changes as well as content management;
- Manage e-Commerce website content updates, coordinating site changes with IT and with Digital Marketing team including product presentation, pricing changes and text and image modifications
- Manage and update the Hotel’s website and e-Commerce functions including latest campaign, events and promotions from the Hotel;
- Drives web traffic/sales, growth of e-Commerce applications via targeted online campaigns and retention strategies, with high level of customer acquisition and conversion;
- Handle customer service for online – phone calls, e-mails, facebook, etc;
- Negotiate and close new business opportunities with new online merchants.

- Be creative with a strategic mind and needs good computer knowledge and internet skills - computer literate. Familiarity with different OTA channels is a must;
- Possess strong planning skills, good business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, creative and meticulous with details;
- Developed analytical and problem solving skills;
- Able to work independently and work under minimum supervision;
- Able to execute online campaigns and monitor the performance of the campaign to ensure good result;

- Be responsible for driving resorts’ booking conversion through all online channels.
- Develop online marketing plan for all promotions and products
- Provide the highest level of creative and innovative marketing supports to the business
- Develop strong internal relationships across Sales & Reservation team to ensure consistency in products across all channels.
- Daily audit and update hotel’s social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, Youtube, LinkedIn), resorts’ website and resorts certified OTAs.
- Maintain and increase visibility through Search Engine Optimization (Google Search & Google Display Campaigns), if any
- Maintain in a good relationship and deal with online marketing agencies, travel bloggers, and online influencers for marketing campaigns
