E-Commerce Manager

Develop plan and strategy to sell in e-commerce platforms, including official online stores, Lazada, Shopee and TikTok. Strategize and implement selling plans for each channel.Drive e-commerce sales performance to meet or exceed set targets.Conduct research and analysis to stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and practices.Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of brand, online marketing, and e-commerce activities.Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing service expectations and resolving issues promptly.Forecast orders and inventory needs by analyzing sales trends, seasonal demand, and promotional activities to ensure sufficient stock availability for both fulfillment and selling.Generate and analyze weekly and monthly sales performance reports to track progress.Identify and implement new business collaboration initiatives to expand opportunities.Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
