1. E-commerce strategy and operations:Propose and implement strategic plans for the e-commerce business.Define and optimize policies related to sales, shipping, exchanges/returns, and customer service.Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to define key focus areas.Expand sales channels, manage new platform integration, and oversee store operations policies.Negotiate and manage contracts with key stakeholders: 3PL, marketing agencies, landlords, and technology partners.Ensure close cooperation with the Marketing and Merchandising departments in planning and executing campaigns, promotions, and other related activities to drive traffic and maximize sales.2. P&L and inventory management:Plan and control the e-commerce budget to ensure business growth and profitability.Monitor and optimize inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and improve inventory turnover rates.Collaborate with the Merchandising team to forecast demand and plan stock allocation effectively.3. Team development and Administration:Lead and develop the e-commerce team, ensuring efficiency and performance.Oversee key functions including data analysis, CRM, digital marketing, and customer experience management.Approve and make key decisions on operational requests from staff.Prepare reports and analyze cost structures to optimize operational expenses.Foster collaboration across departments, especially with Marketing and Merchandising, to ensure alignment of strategies and smooth execution of initiatives.4. Other tasks assigned by BOD.

Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldAt least 3-5 years of experience at relevant roles at e-commerce, preferably in the retail or FMCG industryStrong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop, Magento, Shopify, etc.)Experience working with 3PLs, digital marketing agencies, and logistics partnersStrong data analysis skillsExperience in performance marketing, SEO, and digital campaign optimizationKnowledge of inventory management and supply chain for e-commerce operationsStrong negotiation and vendor management skillsGood leadership skillsFamiliarity with content creation tools (Capcut, Premiere, OBS) is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a proactive mindsetFluent in English (both written and spoken)Be able to work in flexible time (based on campaigns/ events…)
