To support the organization in achieving its online sales goals through the development and execution of effective e-commerce strategies and tactics.- Develop and manage e-commerce sales strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.- Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and online advertising.- Analyze e-commerce data to inform business decisions and continually optimize performance.- Maintain and update the company’s e-commerce platform to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of online and offline sales efforts.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into the company’s ecommerce strategy.- Manage the development and implementation of promotional initiatives and product launches.- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.- Work closely with the shipping and fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.

- University degree in Marketing, or related fields- At least 2 years of experience in online sales & marketing- Have writing skills, multi-platform content creation, understanding of digital media platforms such as: You tube, Facebook, Tick Tok....- Good English* Benefits:- Salary negotiable based on ability and experience- KPIs bonus, holiday bonus, other welfare regimes
