- Work closely with the Market Manager to ensure optimal room availability and rates based on market demand
- Conduct market research to stay informed about the competitive landscape in the Da Nang market and provide insights to the Market Manager
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities to increase revenue and occupancy
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns using Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive direct bookings and grow brand awareness
- Optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and lead generation
- Manage and monitor the hotel's online distribution channels, including the hotel website and OTAs
- Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to ensure all rates and promotions are accurately reflected across all distribution channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies and tactics
- Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Ecommerce or digital marketing, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
- Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads for the hotel industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with hotel distribution channels and revenue management strategies
