1. Drive business growth in e-commerce & social sellers:
Drive categories growth target & market share via key agenda for growth both long & short teams, including but not limited to: categories growth management, assortment, campaign, marketing solution, onsite shopper engagement, demand planning joint-forecast, fulfillment & delivery, etc.
Incharge of building e-commerce related projects include accelerate e-commerce platform performance, ramp up social sellers base
Identify growth opportunities per categories & translate into monthly business plan
Report on campaign effectiveness: during and after each campaign and give ideas for new sales strategies
Ensure categories & brands ranking in each platforms & key events
2. Perfect execution to ensure smooth operation on e-commerce:
Work closely with e-commerce platfoms & internal teams for monthly master business activities plan & ensure perfect execution
Deliver deals closing with e-commerce platforms, negotiate contracts, payments terms, accountable for receivables and revenue consolidations for financial reports
Ensure product content, promotion framework & visualization are deployed following categories’ jobs-to-be-done
Work closely with customer to deliver joint-forecast demand planning & goods inbound perfect execution; work closely with internal teams to ensure joint-forecast is well-captured & delivered
3. Manage internal team to deliver:
Full P&L of the account, with high responsibility for profitable growth while manage account competitive growth
On top & manage with distributor & supply chain & internal teams to ensure flawless end-to-end fulfillment & delivery to customer
Customer management: Partner and maintain great relationship with e-com platforms & social sellers as strategic partners for growth
Manage a team to deliver the business
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
3- 5 years in brand companies or E-commerce agencies with sales, business development, account management; Online industry, eCommerce, FMCG
Strong experience in branding management & customer retail management (selling skills/ negotiation/ building relationship)
Strong experience in communication and working under pressure
Self-motivated, interpersonal skill, bias for action, data driven & data analytical skill, result oriented
Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability with entrepreneur mindset, strong ownership & leadership
Excellent in English
