A. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (list of tasks in order of importance or the time consumed)Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the brand objectives, ensuring a seamless and engaging online shopping experience.Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the brand e-commerce website, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.Online Sales Optimization: Continuously analyze website performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and implement strategies to increase online sales.Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and influencer collaborations, to drive traffic and customer acquisition.Customer Experience: Enhance the overall customer experience by ensuring a user-friendly website interface, streamlined checkout process, and effective customer service.Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.Ecommerce Platform Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of e-commerce platforms, ensuring they meet the brand requirements and support its growth objectives.Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitors' strategies, and customer preferences to identify emerging opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, including web developers, digital marketers, and customer service representatives.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, operations, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives.Perform other tasks requested by superiors.
