• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and growth.• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.• Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners.• Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.• Responsible for all work done by team members of TL and has to fulfill all duties of TL in case of his absence.• Coach and mentor TL and BD.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.• Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role (2 year or more preferred). • Total working experience in sales department (5 years or more)• Strong leadership and team management skills.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales analytics.• Capability to write and speak in English.• Clearly understand and execute the company and segment strategy to position, penetrate, and win in the local market in Hanoi.Preferred Traits:• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.• Outspoken and confident
