• Expert Guidance: Offer valuable advice to both students and parents in selecting suitable schools, academic programs, or educational pathways that align with the student’s academic strengths, interests, and long-term career goals.• Customer Service: Orientation and pro-active follow-up to convert from potential leads to meet the sales target.• Student Communication: Keep students well-informed throughout the application process, providing timely updates on the status of their applications and offering support and reassurance.• Application Support: Manage the end-to-end application process by reviewing documents, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with international institutions regarding application status, offers, and rejections.• Event Management: Manage assigned projects such as seminars and interview workshops.• Other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

• Bachelor or master degree from a reputable international institution is an advantage.• Experience or knowledge related to the UK/Australia education sector is a plus.• Passionate about education and counselling.• Demonstrate strong sales, have ability to maintain and widen customers’ relationship.• Strong researching skills.• Proficient in English (spoken and written).• Self- motivated, willing to learn, patient, and able to work under pressure.• Strong independent working capability.• Energetic and adaptable.
