About COVA VietnamCOVA Holdings Vietnam is part of COVA Group, an Australian engineering and project management consultancy with over 40 years of experience delivering MEP, sustainability, and building services solutions across Australia and Asia.Our Vietnam office serves as a regional design hub, working closely with COVA teams in Australia, Cambodia, Philippines and Singapore to deliver high-quality MEP designs for commercial buildings of all types, healthcare, fit-out, luxury residential, and retail projects.We take pride in building a dynamic and collaborative team culture that combines international technical standards with deep local expertise to deliver innovative, cost-effective engineering solutions.About the RoleWe are seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Design Engineer with strong technical capability and fluent English communication skills to join our growing MEP design team in Vietnam.The successful candidate will work directly with our Australian project teams, contributing to a wide range of projects across Australia, Asia, and Vietnam — including commercial buildings, healthcare, mixed-use developments, fit-out, and retail projects.Key Responsibilities• Prepare electrical design drawings, calculations, and technical documentation in compliance with project requirements and relevant standards.• Coordinate with mechanical, hydraulic, and other disciplines to ensure integrated and coordinated design solutions.• Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and technical discussions with Australian and regional teams.• Develop and maintain Revit and AutoCAD models for electrical systems (power, lighting, ELV, earthing, etc.).• Review shop drawings and respond to technical queries during construction.• Support senior engineers and project managers in delivering design packages on schedule and within allocated budgets.
