Email Marketing Specialist – Work on U.s. Brands from Vietnam

Now, we’re inviting a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our Vietnam office and take campaigns to the next level.You’ll launch performance-driven email campaigns, work directly in English with international teams, and gain real-world experience helping U.S. brands grow online.What You’ll Do • Plan, build, and execute automated and one-off email campaigns, including newsletters, product launches, promotions, and lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.).• Manage segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies to maximize relevance and conversion.• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling email creatives aligned with brand voice and visual identity.• Conduct A/B tests (subject lines, content, CTAs, send times) and optimize based on performance results.• Ensure high deliverability rates by monitoring list health, managing unsubscribes, and implementing best practices.• Work with CRM/ESP tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Iterable) to manage campaigns and workflows.• Track and analyze key metrics (open rates, CTR, CVR, revenue per email, unsubscribe rates) and provide actionable insights to leadership.• Stay updated on industry trends, email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and emerging best practices.
