PRIMARY PURPOSE: Support PJM for New Product Development processes, Transfer Product, Tooling and other projects management in the plantDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Support for the connection related sections to new product or transfer product develop schedule.Follow the action plan of other sections to ensure that this matches with total project plan.Connection between design center and manufacturing plant to ensure product release as schedule.2. Support to establish and review, product design, machines, tools, jigs design and modification. To provide anoverview of projects status.3. Coordinate for products test, products transfer and new products development. Ensure that all newproducts, transfer products and tooling comply with EHS requirements.4. Support for GCA “Global Costing analysis”. Responsible for it including quality, cost and lead time.5. Clearly understand self’s and section’s goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals.6. Be accountable for the compliance with rules, procedures, and requirements in terms of:a. 5S & KAIZENb. Environmental Health Safetyc. RBA & Social Responsibilityd. Protection of company assets7. Understand, support and contribute to current International Standards Organization (ISO) andEnvironmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies andprocedures.
