Engineering Manager

About the role:We're searching for a senior engineering leader with a keen understanding of product development to lead an outstanding team of engineers as we scale for future expansion. You'll create a team vision and an engineering roadmap to help the team deliver on several products and engineering projects. You will demonstrate ShopBack leadership ideals, contribute to our wonderful culture, and build strong relationships at all levels of the company. Responsibilities: Be a role model of the ShopBack culture. Balance multiple businesses and product priorities to deliver maximal impact. Develop an engineering strategy that places our systems in a position to scale and innovate in the future. Build a team of top engineering talent that is high-performing, inclusive, and diverse. Form strong, trusted relationships with Product Managers, Engineering Leadership, and Business Stakeholders. Help your team grasp priorities and provide context to help them make better decisions by assisting them in understanding priorities and providing context. Drive success in a flat company with few processes and a strong focus on individual accountability. Understand the business and develop domain expertise in relevant functions.
