Engineering Manager

We are seeking a technically strong Engineering Manager to lead key engineering initiatives and make foundational decisions that drive our product and platform success.  RESPONSIBILITIES:Role Overview:As Engineering Manager, you will be both a leader and a technologist. You’ll lead cross-functional teams working on backend services (Golang, Python), web applications (ReactJS), mobile apps (Flutter), and infrastructure (AWS). You’ll be responsible for architectural design, technology stack decisions, engineering excellence, and people development.Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of engineers working across backend, frontend, and mobile stacks. Drive architectural design and technical strategy for scalable cloud-native systems on AWS. Make decisions on technology stack, tooling, and frameworks based on performance, maintainability, and business needs. Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Conduct technical reviews and ensure high-quality code, security, and performance standards. Guide the development of backend services (primarily in Golang and Python), web applications (ReactJS), and mobile apps (Flutter). Foster a strong engineering culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement. Scale the team by hiring top talent and promoting a culture of learning and collaboration.
