- Proper staffing and allocating manpower through the establishment of a flexible workforce throughout the department.
- Assist in managing the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, electrical and life safety systems.
- Supervises distribution of repair work orders and monitors timeliness and quality of completion.
- Assists in effectively planning, scheduling, and evaluating preventative maintenance programs.
- Effectively manages parts, supplies and equipment inventories that minimize downtime and maximize cash flow.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Strong technical and problem-solving skill
- Ability to analysis technical documentation with extensive knowledge on Fire Life Safety, MEP design and its application/operation within large complex Hotels, Residencies & Resorts.
- An effective communicator with good project management skills.
