- Coordinating and responding to telephone requests from the other departments and general work requests, direct and dispatch work assignments to engineering craft workers via telephone and email.
- Coordinate with other departments and engineering shift team for coordination of work to ensure the urgent and emergency requests has been followed up and completed.
- Receiving the information from requestors (internal), escalate and call to Engineering Shift Team come to check and fix.
- Record all the requests in the file, follow up and send out daily report of requests to Director of Engineering/Engineering Management.
- Process requisition orders and distribute paperwork to accounts payable and requesting department; receive orders for operation and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with third parties, clients, contractors, visitors, suppliers and outside contactsMonitors completion of all projects and assignments by deadlines.
- Set up and maintain expense tracking logs for Engineering projects.
- Clerical and administrative duties for projects/ contractors.
- Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
- Keep track of daily and monthly utilities data. Upload to Green Engage software whenever required
- Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
- Notify your superior immediately when any equipment or lighting failure might become affect business or become a harmful issue.
- Utilize computer applications to perform the tasks required.
- Participate in POMEC multiskilling and job rotation initiatives.
- Demonstrate cooperation and trust with colleagues, supervisor and across departments.
- Liaise directly with the department (such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Front Office) regarding the completion of work orders and prioritize in order of guest satisfaction.

- Possess a Degree in Administrative Management or in relevant fields.
- Must have quick adaptability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate the true responsiveness to all assigned tasks.
- Candidates with at least one service year in the same position are preferred.
- Good English skills, both written and oral.
- Good Microsoft Office Skills, especially in Excel.
- Be meticulous, and attentive to details.
- Can consolidate shattered information to generate outcomes aligned with the department's needs.
- Can work on a rotated shift.
