ERP Project Coordinator

The position is for an expert in software systems implementation, that is expected to be able to manage and lead the whole process for the company to switch ERP systems. This includes (but not limited to):1.) Conducting Business Process Mapping and Gap Analysis together with team members and software vendor.a. Process Flow Mappingb. Data Mapping 2.) Identifying and designating processes and tasks that would need to remain “offline” together with team members and management.3.) Restructuring processes, defining data-entry rules with team members.4.) Work on making an implementation plan together with software vendor.5.) Supporting ERP team in administration task related to the project.6.) On boarding more than 50 users7.) Following the implementation and go-live phases carefully.
