- In charge of Social Events including but not limited to other sales activities such as Weddings, Catering, F&B outlets…
- Sales Calls to hunt for business.
- Develop the client base by proactively reaching out to new clients and businesses.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key clients as well as suppliers.
- Work with partners and suppliers to book relevant services for client events and manage arrangements and communications.
- Proactively lead in the conversion of enquiries by following up queries within agreed timelines to confirm event sales and bookings.
- Respond promptly to event enquiries, processing bookings and payments.
- Support administration of contracts and invoices to collect deposits and invoice payments.
- Conduct site inspections, demonstrating a good knowledge of the venue and its offerings.
- Produce monthly progress reports to Line Manager.
- Enter bookings into the Delphi system and support management of maximizing bookings and allocations across the venue spaces
- Follow company and department policies and procedures.
- Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
- Support the implementation of email and communications campaigns to effectively promote the venue to target audiences to achieve revenue targets, working closely with the Communications Team.
- Participate in any promotional events and exhibitions to promote and sell the venue spaces.
- Maintain positive, regular and proactive communications with venue clients pre, during and post event, aiming for repeat business.
- Protect company tools, equipment, machines, or other assets in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Prefer candidates with 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in hospitality
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of market trends and event planning within the hospitality industry
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
