- Responsible for preparing all event documentation and coordinates with Sales, property departments and customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event and post-event phases of property events.
- Manages group room blocks and meeting space for average to large-sized assigned groups.
- Acts as liaison between field sales person and customer throughout the event process (pre-event, event, post-event).
- Delivers excellent customer service throughout the customer experience and encourages the same from other employees.
- Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management or relevant major
- Proven record experience as Event Sales Manager in an international luxury hotel
- Candidates should be extremely detailed oriented, organized and be able to handle a fast-paced environment
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills
- Fluent verbal and written English skill
