OverviewThe Events Executive supports the planning, coordination and execution of the club’s event programme. This role ensures all member and private events run smoothly and reflect the standards and values of HAUS.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Coordination• Support the end-to-end delivery of member and private events.• Liaise with suppliers, internal departments and guests for smooth operations.• Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and event communications.On-the-Day Support• Set up and break down event spaces according to brief.• Welcome guests, provide information and support throughout the event.• Troubleshoot operational issues discreetly and efficiently.Communication & Planning• Attend planning meetings and contribute to event concepts.• Ensure run sheets and briefings are accurate and distributed in advance.• Follow up on post-event feedback and reporting.Brand & Standards• Ensure all events align with HAUS brand values and tone.• Maintain exceptional service standards and presentation.• Support creative and cultural programming across the calendar.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 2+ years’ experience in events, hospitality or membership environments.• Highly organised and confident managing multiple tasks.• Excellent communication and people skills.• Creative mindset with attention to detail.• Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.• Polished, professional and confident under pressure.
