Position Summary: The EVS Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and upkeep of the casino's environment. This role requires a meticulous, proactive individual who can manage a team to maintain excellent sanitation, cleanliness, and visual appeal that meet the high standards of the casino environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning staff to ensure all areas of the casino are clean, sanitary, and well-maintained.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, the use of cleaning chemicals, and safety procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of the casino's facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stocks are maintained and budget constraints are met.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning needs for special events or high-traffic times.
- Address and resolve any issues related to facility cleanliness or staff performance in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports on staff performance, inventory, and other relevant activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations pertaining to environmental services.
- Motivate and lead the cleaning staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.

Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in facility management or hospitality is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a housekeeping or environmental services department.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse team and maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, along with appropriate safety practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
