Executive Assistant to the President & VPs

Location: Work offline at 204C Nguyễn Văn Hưởng, An Khánh Ward, HCMc (previous Thảo Điền, District 2)

Working hours: 3.00PM – 23.30PM (Vietnam time)

SUMMARY

Under general supervision, the executive assistant provides administrative support to the President & VPs. This position also works on a one-to-one basis with the president on a variety of projects across all functions of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Schedule and attend various meetings with the President, VPs and maintain agendas and notes during normal “morning hours” in the eastern USA time zone

· Communicate and coordinate as needed with the President’s executive staff, their administrative staff, and others throughout the organization

· Live scribe the meetings in real time. Can record meetings to go back and listen again to update all the notes using secure locked tools (Otter.ai or company-approved).

· Deliver/Review perfectly accurate, numbered, organized reports/presentation with clear action items and deadlines.

· Assist with maintaining major corporate project due dates & performance metrics

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

· 3-5 years of related work experience
