- Manages GM’s calendar and schedules including coordinating meeting invitations/visits for both internal and external customers
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Draft letters and documents to customers or the authorities, prepare meeting materials if required
- Conduct legal checks and reviews for contracts or important documents
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Act as the point of contact among Executives, employees, and other external partners
- Doing execution job and logistic preparing as place, meal, transportation for guest, marketing materials (banner, backdrop, brochure, gimmick, gift, invitation)
- Take minutes during meetings
- Follow up tasks with all participants upon meetings
- Take part in special projects of customers as well as internal campaigns
- Translate documents from English to Vietnamese and via versa if required
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the GM
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- University Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Law, Foreign Language
- Experience in Logistics company is preferred
- Very good communications skills – both verbal and written
- Excellent English skills
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Great attention to detail & accuracy
- Discretion and confidentiality
- An ability to stay calm, patient, and tactful under pressure
- A bright and positive attitude, a self-starter, and take-charge personality
