New positions available for expanding business portfolio.We are looking for an ambitious and energetic in Sales Executive/ Assistant Sales Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clientsRoles & Responsibilities:- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction- Develop and grow sales in Composite materials & PU- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices & reports- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers & Suppliers

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Proven working experience as a business development, sales or technical positions in Polyurethane will be considered- Proven sales track record- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software- Proficiency in Vietnamese, English and Mandarin- Market knowledge- Communication and negotiation skills- Ability to build rapport- Teamplayer- Time management and planning skills- Diploma or Degree in any discipline (Degree in Chemical Engineering is a plus)- Sales & Business Development (Chemical)+ Attractive income package+ Good working environment for career path developmentOTHERS· Working-hour: Working from Monday to Friday· Training opportunity: from foreign Suppliers· Off: Saturday, Sunday and Holiday Public· Benefit:· -KPI Bonus from 1 – 4 monthly salaries depending on performance result -Annual health check, Wedding or Funeral support, Company trip,... -40h working week Monday-Friday & flexible working time policy· Other benefit: Petrol & phone, travel allowance
