SCOPE OF WORK
The position supports daily HR operations including compensation & benefits administration, and HRIS. The role ensures HR processes are executed accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Compensation & Benefits Administration
• Support payroll preparation by collecting and validating employee data (attendance, allowances, deductions, etc.).
• Administer employee benefits such as insurance enrollment, leave management, and other welfare programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records related to salary, benefits, and HR systems.
• Assist in preparing HR reports related to headcount, payroll data, and benefits utilization.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits policies.
• Maintain employee personnel files and HR databases to ensure accurate and updated records.
• Prepare HR documentation including labor contracts, contract renewals, confirmation letters, and HR announcements.
• Support employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, internal transfer, resignation procedures).
• Coordinate HR communications and support internal HR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
2. HRIS & Reporting
• Support HR reporting by preparing and consolidating HR data, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of reports.
• Assist in HRIS implementation, maintenance, and system enhancements where applicable.
• Maintain and update HR data in the HRIS system to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Support initiatives to improve internal HR processes through automation and digital tools, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual work.
3. Other related assignments by Line Manager and the Company Management
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or HR generalist roles.
• Familiarity with recruitment coordination and payroll/benefits administration.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR practices is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with HRIS System, ATS, Excel strong proficiency are preferred.
