Job Purpose:The job holder responsibility for designing, proposing business marketing activities through:1. Business Marketing Planning and marketing performance management2. Design marketing content for program/campaign3. Marketing campaign managementKey Accountabilities (1)Business Marketing Planning and marketing performance management• Participate in, proposing overall marketing calendar detailing marketing activities and linking each campaign to strategy by economic segment, economic sectors/activities, customer groups...• Execution of marketing activities, budget, premium / stocks and provide update• Co-ordinate with related parties to build communication proposition and creation of perception for products, solutions, aligned with brand name and target customer insight• Prepare, propose and implement NPS survey• Design, build, embed customer loyalty program by collaborating with other divisions and/or partnerships• Propose KPIs and approach for assessment of marketing value.
