Other benefits as per Vietnam Labor lawResponsible for assisting the Import/Export Specialist in the timely and efficient import and export of all international shipments.We are seeking an experienced and proactive The import-Export Coordinator to oversee all IM–EX operations, lead sourcing activities, and build a strong, high-performing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth cross-border operations, developing reliable suppliers, optimizing cost structures, and supporting international sales growth.The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of building systems, leading people, and improving end-to-end international operations.Key Responsibilities1. Import–Export Operations Management• Lead all import–export activities, shipping arrangements, and required documentation.• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international trade laws, and internal policies.• Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.• Troubleshoot issues related to shipments, permits, documentation, and customs clearance.• Improve operational workflows to increase speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.2. Sourcing & Supplier Development• Lead the sourcing team to identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers (local & international).• Conduct cost analysis, supplier audits, and quality assessments.• Negotiate pricing, terms, and long-term supply agreements with vendors.• Ensure suppliers meet quality, delivery, and compliance standards.• Develop sourcing strategies to diversify supply and reduce operational risks.3. Team Building & Leadership• Build, train, and mentor the Import–Export and Sourcing teams.• Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both IM–EX and sourcing workflows.• Assign KPIs, monitor performance, and promote continuous improvement.• Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.• Assist in reviewing contracts, commercial terms, and Incoterms application.• Provide insights on market trends, logistics costs, and supplier developments.4. Reporting & Operational Improvement• Prepare regular reports on shipments, sourcing performance, lead times, and cost efficiencies.• Monitor industry trends, freight market conditions, and regulatory changes.• Recommend strategic improvements to optimize supply chain performance.
