***Preference will be given to candidates who are able to join immediately• Drive and manage business activities related to accounts and brands assigned• Achieve to meet sales targets by planning and selling to accounts• To work with existing accounts on quarterly and annual targets and plans• Forecast, Track and Report (i) weekly, (ii) monthly, (iii) quarterly and (iv) annually on performances of assigned Accounts and Brands• Continuous monitoring of sales and orders and to realign sales strategies to ensure targets are met• Order submissions via sales platform• Monitoring of assigned sales and sell-out of assigned brands and accounts to ensure accountability• Complaint resolution; investigation, solution development, reporting and recommendations• Represent and document interest of the accounts with Luxottica internal functions and customers• Carrying of physical samples required (Ability to carry a minimum weight of 15-20 kg)• Number of hiring: 1 sale.

* Must have:• University/ College Degree in Business Management or any related field• From 4 years of experience in business development in B2B, preferably in FMCG...• Good negotiation skills and knowledge on various sales strategies/ approaches• Good English communication* Nice to have:• Experience in the Eyewear Industry is a plus• Results-oriented with a customer service mindset along with excellent client relationship-building skills• Confident and self-motivated to meet (and even exceed) sales targets and has self-discipline to complete tasks assigned within deadlines• Work passion as well as positive drive• Display high level of interest and enthusiasm towards the product offerings
