• The role of assessor is to critically assess the environmental, health & safety, and labor conditions for workers in manufacturing settings across industries.
• Assessor will be expected to critically analyze facility practices against local laws, client codes of conduct.
• Expected to have experience to work with Better Work program, 3rd party auditor.
• Perform CSR audit schemes.
• Undertake general and basic social compliance assessments based on Namyang Vendor social compliance assessment procedures and specific client expectations outlined in Field Instruction.
• Follow and ensure timely completion of audit reports/surveillance.
• Develop and review audit methodologies for accreditation compliance
• Interact and provide collaboration within factory compliance and other departments at both to ensure the day-to-day audit execution going in a smooth manner.
• Other audit-related works assigned by reporting officer.
• Deliver quality report according to RS&S dep’t.
• Maintain knowledge of social compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws;
• Interactions primarily with internal team members, such as training, coordinator and administrative. Maintain knowledge of social compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws.
• Work with team members(co-assessors) to accomplish tasks during on site assessment and reporting process.
• Adhere to all company policies relating to integrity and confidentiality of information.
• Stay high integrity for schedule leakage, unhealthy consultant on site and bribery attempts. Adhere to all company policies relating to integrity and confidentiality of information.
• Other assignments as needed.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human resources or safety or environment or any related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of full-time practical work experience preferably in Better Work Program, 3rd party with Social Compliance, CSR.
• Able to prioritize client requests, plan, and adjust to different client audit requirements.
• Able to adapt communications to the situation.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Self-discipline, ability to work independently and coordinate several activities simultaneously
