- Location: Based in Long An-Ben Luc( based in farm) but frequently travels to other provinces of the Mekong Delta- Working time: Monday to Friday regularly. Work on Saturday when necessary for the farm operations.AccountabilitiesResearch and development.• Setup and develop new farms and demo nurseries successfully.• Plan and carry out agricultural research experiments at demo farms according to company and customer standards.• Participate in collecting experimental data, including data on crop growth, yield, product quality, and environmental factors,...• Analyze experimental data and present results to management.• Update knowledge about new farming techniques and development trends in the agricultural sector.• Share research results with farmers and relevant departments.• Support interpretation and information exchange when the fruit production manager works with farmers and suppliers.Train farmers and staff on new crop cultivation techniques.Organize and implement training for farmers and company agronomists on best farming practices to increase productivity according to new farming methods.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Knowledge/ Experience:• Graduated with a major in Agriculture, related to Crops science, Soil science or Crop protection.• Fluent in English• At least 04 years of experience in the agriculture sector. Knowledge of citrus production is an advantage.• Have research experience in the field of agriculture, especially on new farming techniques on citrus or other related crops.• Understanding of crop protection, fertilization, and how to use pesticides safely.- Skills:• Able to collect experimental data accurately and effectively.• Have good analytical and presentation skills.• Able to read and understand specialized English documents.• Able to communicate and present well in Vietnamese and English• Able to train and inspire farmers and staff- Attitudes:• Ability of listening and learning• Growth attitude• Progressive spirit to inspire team, farmers• Enthusiastic to go to farms daily• Pro-active mind set
