- Supervise and oversee the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead and motivate the service staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any inquiries or complaints.
- Ensure that all service staff are well-trained and adhere to resort standards and protocols.
- Assign tasks to waitstaff and other team members, ensuring that all areas are adequately covered.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to maximize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with handling guest concerns and professionally resolving issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the restaurant and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Prepare daily reports and assist the Restaurant Manager in inventory management and stock control.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings with the team to ensure smooth communication and readiness.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new staff members.
