• Support executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in reviewing Brand Standard quarterly
• Understands and complies with ethical, legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the business
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date stamping and distributing incoming mail. Create and maintain computer- and paper-based filing and organization systems for records, reports, documents, etc.
• Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely
• Operate standard office equipment other than computers. Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spread sheet, database, or presentation software.
• Speak with others with clear and professional language
• Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
• Maintain the Culinary team by ensuring data is up to date and promoting menus, events, etc.
• Communicate company updated policies, procedures and processes as applicable.
• Support Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef with general administrative tasks (calendar, scheduling, inspections, walk though, meeting notes and follow up, communications with team and others in company).
• Assist with food costing of menu items at Outlet
• Assist with recruiting of culinary employees through candidate assessment and pre-screening
• Work with Sales and Marketing Department on coordination of Events.
• Prepare and update Food Hygiene and Health & Safety records
• Attend training classes to increase knowledge of department, company information or other skills as required
• Order, distribute and coordinate inventory office supplies.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 1.5 years of secretarial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Diploma in Business or Secretarial Study
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Able to speak, read and write English
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Ability to type 45 WPM
