- To assist Assistant F&B Manager and the Executive Chef in organizing the filing system of the Division / Department / Section.
- To be responsible for the security and upkeep of all restaurant and kitchen files.
- To type, draft letters, handle telephone calls and trace correspondence.
- To type and coordinate the printing of all outlet menus (daily menus , special etc. ) for the outlet managers.
- To join meeting and take meeting minutes
- To ensure that the stock of stationary and office supplies is accounted for and well maintained.
- To monitor closely the Assistant F&B Manager and the Executive Chef diary and update it whenever necessary.
- Data input into system of all F&B service staff schedules
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- One year restaurant experience, preferably in hospitality industry
- College diploma required
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers
- Knowledge of restaurant operation
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Must be flexible.
