Get to know about Food & Beverage procedures
Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and co-operate with them
Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and
procedures
Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensure quality of food and beverage
presentation per established standards.
Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters
Other duties assigned by Manager

Required Skills:
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Proficient in English
Qualifications:
• High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
