- Responsible for planning, supervision and management of all sections of FB division to ensure that the overal service standards delivery are maintained in accordance with hotel's strategic plan and standards
- Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety or other compliance requirements as well as brand standards and local policies & procedures
- Oversee the management of restaurants, bars & outlets. Oversee the management of kitchen operation
- Ensure all staff are properly trained on quality and service standard and have the necessary tools & equipment to effectively carry out their job functions
- Work with HR on man power planning and management needs
- Work with DOF in the preparation and management of department's budget
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and 3rd parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the company
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
- Good communication and writing skill
- Bachelor degreein Hotel Management, culinary art or related field
- 5 year related experience, including management experience, or an equivelent combination of education and experience
