I. Position Overview
Support the F&B Brand & Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities across all F&B outlets under Grand Plaza Hotel Hanoi and CV Resort.
II. Key Responsibilities
-Assist in planning and execution of branding and marketing campaigns for all F&B outlets
-Manage and update social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines.
-Create and adapt content (copywriting, captions, newsletters, website updates) for cross-channel marketing.
-Support in PR & Event activities: media outreach coordination, media coverage and event organizing.
-Collect and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) for digital campaigns and outlets’ marketing activities.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
-Experience in hospitality/F&B/luxury lifestyle marketing preferred.
-Strong writing & storytelling skills (English and Vietnamese).
-Familiar with digital marketing platforms, social media channels and tools.
-Detail-oriented, organized, proactive.
