• Will manage the F&B Sales desk at the Lobby, targeting to provide one-stop service for restaurants by managing restaurant reservations, handling all related bookings
• Assist to maximize in-house guest capture and walk-in business for F&B venues by creating awareness of promotional initiatives
• Will manage, maintain, develop, and update the F&B database with comprehensive guest information
• As outlined in the F&B promotional plan, will assist to develop and implement attractive Food and Beverage promotions, strategies and special events in conjunction with the F&B Manager, Exec Chef and the Sales and Marketing department
• Assist F&B department in the Guest recognition program
• Participates in the preparation of the F&B activities calendar and annual Marketing plan
• Maintain a regular sales call pattern
• Will coordinate issuing of membership cards & handle card membership enquiries
• Will assist in collateral printing and menu design
• Coordinate food promotions with overseas guest chefs
• Report as required on sales activities and successes
• Understand the responsibilities of other colleagues and departments and co-operate with them
• Prepare all administration documents required by the food and beverage department sales
• Respond to telephone, fax, and email enquiries on time.
• Monitor competitor activities
• Will coordinate timely placement and removal of promotional posters and once the event is finished,
• Create artwork and have collateral input for flyers for direct mail purposes, & assist with promotional activities for food and beverage department
• Will send monthly e-mail blasts informing the base of promotional activities
• Build profile in market place
• Maintain filing systems (manual and electronic)
• Liaison with advertising agency
• Stock control of collateral

Required Skills:
• Excellent commutations and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English/ Korean.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
Experience:
• Experience in telesales/ sales/ customer service
