Mô Tả Công Việc
- Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
- Assist in developing departmental standards and procedures to promote salesmanship, beverage creativity and profit
- Communicates to his/her manager any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
- Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints at the time of the issue with outcomes communicated to the outlet manager.
- Assist ongoing coaching and training
- Assist on the promotional material which is aimed at increasing revenue, covers and profit for restaurant with the approval of the Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Excellent communication skills - Fluent in oral/written English and Vietnamese
- Acts in a professional and diplomatic manner. Is open and approachable, empathetic and culturally sensitive, confident
- Well versed with Hotel organization and policies.
- Work independently, good judgment, initiative taker Strong communication and organizational skills
