F&B Supervisor

1. Supervises bartender, waiter and waitress ensure the follow the standard sequence of service. 
2. Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet, work area, table wear, utensil and other materials & equipment use by the outlet. 
3. During the business hour the F & B Supervisor should give careful consideration on the service rendered by the staff. 
4. Notes all points on any faulty services to be brought up at the roll call. 
5. Maintain and promotes good relationship with the clients. 
6. Makes daily reports to the restaurant manager on incident that have occurred in the operation. 
7. Schedule staff duty roster to keep the each outlet fully manned at all the time. 
8. Conducts training session in order to maintain consistency of standard. 
9. Ensures that each staff receives daily appearance inspection. 
10. Attend to operational problem, guest complaints, inquiries and requests. 
11. Hold daily briefing with the staff to keep them up to date with the events, late policy and change. 
12. Performs related duties and special project assigned. 
13. As a model roll for all the associates especially for the waitress/waiter and cashier. 
14. Night Audit for Cashier at the end of the shift and reported to manager on that day. 
15. Cash up witness for cashier before storing together with one of security officer (if any). 
16. Check with chef for daily special 
17. Ensure all the food and beverage was being check before serve to the guest. 
18. Handling complaint if any guest not satisfy with the food and service, refer to manager incharge if the problem can’t be solve.
