Support the Food & Beverage team in delivering exceptional guest service by assisting in various operations including restaurant service, bar, banquets, room service, and event catering.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables in the restaurant and event venues
- Greet guests warmly and present menus
- Take orders and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Assist with buffet setups, room service, and banquet events
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and service areas
- Restock supplies and support the kitchen and bar as needed
- Learn POS (Point of Sale) systems and basic cashiering
- Handle guest inquiries and provide recommendations when necessary
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Assist in inventory checks and stock rotation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other departments for smooth service
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and evaluations
