MAIN RESPONSIBILITY1. Territory management & Market intelligence (20%)- Master their in-charge territories' Sales coverage, hot areas, dominant smoker profiles & trade segmentation as a solid base for any Distribution / Activation / Launching initiatives.- Communicate success/failures of programs & learnings in their in-charge territories, especially for new programs or new product launch- Raise any competitive activity JTI should be aware of & its impact on JTI activities in their in-charge territories2. Territory Sell-out program planning & monitoring (20%)- Discuss, propose & align sell-out program- Tracking progress based on (system-generated or self-developed) reports/dashboards, KPI achievement & budget spending to have action plan with Sales team- For new/complicated programs, FM to tag along with Salesman to educate retailers on scheme & reward- Follow agreed route plan to examine program execution quality (by Sales) and provide timely support/corrective actions3. Trade Partners program execution (20%)- Deploy program mechanics, KPI setting & visibility condition for selected retail partners - Conduct weekly business review to closely monitor each partner on progress & push for target achievement- Ensure post-program service continue to be carried out by sales team. 4. HRC tie-up deployment (20%)- Tie-up HRC outlets (stand-alone or chain or Coffee or Restaurant) in their in-charge territories with the right traffic & accurate smoker profile for Equity building, BA activation, Visibility display & Brand awareness- Directly deal with outlet owner for optimized fees & full activation benefits (listing, pricing, BA, visibility)- Arrange Event calendar & Activation plan within allocated budget5. New opportunities programs development & execution (10%)- Identify opportunities (based on Consumer mapping) & develop suitable short-term scheme for pilot to assess potential- Plan resource/budget & set KPI for pilot, as a benchmark for decision-making post-pilot (stop/keep piloting/scale up)6. On-Field Audit & Compliance (10%)Conduct random back-checks or analyze reports related to trade programs and consumer activations, focusing on abnormal outlets. Identify insights and flag any non-compliance issues to Managers and the Trade Strategy team.7. Other (if applicable)Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon the manager’s request.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education:Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field. 2. Work Experience:1–2 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Trade Marketing within FMCG or Tobacco. Proven leadership potential, commercial and entrepreneurial mindset, and strong project coordination skills are highly valued. 3. Language Skills:Good at oral and written English communication is a plus 4. Functional Skills:- Ability to analyze and understand business objectives and context to develop relevant plans and proposals with sound commercial and logical thinking.- Strong communication and influencing skills to work effectively with dynamic stakeholders (both internally and externally) in an open, respectful, professional, and confident manner.- Strong commercial, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable working with data to generate insights.- Working-level spoken and written English is a plus.- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
