Field Service Engineer

THE ROLE• Collaborate with customers to improve plant health and environmental footprint byfacilitating system improvements to increase efficiency, reliability, and safety.• To contribute to profitable growth in product and services revenue, through engineering consultancy, technical support, and mechanical services work.Key Responsibilities:• To conduct on-site survey to customers• Ability to interpret P&ID diagrams and fluid schematics• Mechanically inclined regarding utilization of tools and equipment. • Ability to operate independently to solve problems and make sound technical decisions.• Ability to identify and assess new opportunities for the company, and work with customers as part of the sales or services process• Clear and effective communication skills; ability to train others.• General computer skills (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CAD).• The ability and desire to travel as described within the program guidelines (including willingness to work in hazardous environments).• Ability to perform rigorous physical tasks.• Ability to work safely in hazardous or dangerous environments, including heights and confined spaces• Conduct technical training to customer.• Support Sales, CSD and external customers on their technical question.
