Perform the job in the Finance Accounting and Risk Management department as follow:Inventory control:• Maintain accurate inventory record and ensure all inventory transactions are properly recorded in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.• Perform monthly, biannual, annual inventory reconciliation between the inventory ledger and actual stock take, investigate unusual variances.• Monthly prepare inventory aging report (stock excess report), loss report and submit to GD and Head Office• Monthly prepare stock insurance comparison report and submit to GD and Head Office• Closely coordinates with other departments to improve inventory control process.• Other tasks assigned by the manager.Risk management:• Ensure that the stock consignment, stock insurance is under the approved limit• Support to prepare/renew credit application and monitor credit limit for customers to reduce credit risk

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Age from 25-32• English skill is requirement.• University degree major in Accounting or Finance• At least 2 years of experience in accounting (internal control experience is a plus, FDI experience is preferable)• Good command of Excel, MS Office, familiar with accounting software• Honest, responsible, careful, focus on detail.• Good communication and interpersonal skills.Salary & benefits:• Monthly gross salary: From VND15,000,000 (negotiable)• Probation: 02 months, participating in social insurance during probation• Annual leave: 14 days per year• Annual health check at high class hospital• Accidental and healthcare insurance• Company trip every year• Year-end party, Company dinner, Company birthday party, Gifts on holidays & Lucky-money on Tet, Snack time everyday• Salary review once per year• Bonus twice per yearRecruitment process:Screen resumes (please apply by resume in English)1st round interview: FIN-ACC-RM Dept. manager, HR-AD manager2nd round interview: HR-AD manager, Corporate Div DGM, and/or General Director
